Dane Swanson

Dane Swanson is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy (1977); he obtained a J.D. from the University of Maryland School of Law, cum laude in 2006. His practice area spans all areas of government procurement law with a focus on compliance, intellectual property, data rights and licensing, patents, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), bid protests, Organizational Conflicts of Interest, and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
