Joshua Tarr, Esq. is an associate attorney at The Law Offices of Baldwin, Briscoe & Steinmetz, P.C. His practice is concentrated in the firm’s civil litigation, workers’ compensation, and personal injury practice areas.
After graduating from Patuxent High School in Calvert County, Mr. Tarr attended Salisbury University where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2012. Mr. Tarr received his juris doctor upon graduation, magna cum laude, from University of Baltimore School of Law in 2015, where he was inducted into the Heuisler Honor Society. While in law school, Mr. Tarr received awards for his coursework, including his scores in Torts and Civil Procedure, and he served as a L.A.W. Scholar tutoring and mentoring first year law students in Civil Procedure. He served as a student-attorney in University of Baltimore Community Development Clinic, assisting local organizations and institutions.
Prior to joining Baldwin, Briscoe & Steinmetz, Mr. Tarr worked for several law firms in Baltimore, Maryland, and the Law Office of Joshua A. Tarr in Calvert County, Maryland, where his practice areas included civil litigation, personal injury, criminal, and family law.
