W. Michael Cooper

Of Counsel

Michael Cooper obtained a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park in 1995 and J.D. from University of Maryland School of Law in 2002. Mr. Cooper is a Professional Engineer and registered Patent Attorney. He has significant experience in many aspects of product development and DoD Program Management. Mr. Cooper’s primary practice areas include patent prosecution, intellectual property, commercial and government contracts, and business law.
