David Hebb is an associate attorney of The Law Offices of Baldwin & Briscoe, P.C. Mr. Hebb joined Baldwin & Briscoe, P.C. after working at several prominent national and local law firms. His primary focus is on bankruptcy and civil litigation cases, but represents clients in a wide and varied range of matters (including criminal and domestic cases).
Mr. Hebb was born and raised in Charles County. He attended Archbishop Neale School in La Plata and graduated from McDonough High School in 1995. He graduated from Loyola University Maryland in Baltimore in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. In 2006 he received his law degree from Appalachian State University.
During law school Mr. Hebb interned with the Prince George’s State Attorney’s office and two of the largest law firms in the United States. He also clerked before and after law school with The Honorable Richard H. Sothoron at the Prince George’s County Circuit Court. Before joining The Law Offices of Baldwin & Briscoe, P.C Mr. Hebb worked for Andrews, Bongar, Gormley & Clagett, P.A. in Charles County.
Coming from a family with deep roots in Southern Maryland, Mr. Hebb has been an involved member of the local community his whole life. He currently lives in Hollywood, St. Mary’s County with his wife and family.
